Shipping and Policies



Domestic: For orders to the United States, standard shipping is free and will be sent out via insured USPS priority mail. 

International: International shipping is not offered currently. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might present.


14 Day Return Policy

We hope you love your new Aura Cadet gear, but on the off chance that you don't, we will gladly refund you for your purchase if returned within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unaltered, and must include the original tags and original packaging. Currently, we do not accept exchanges, so new orders will have to be placed on the site.

To return an item, please email and include the following information:

1) Order Number

2) Name on the Order

3) Email that the order was made from

4) What you wish to return

The customer is responsible to ship the items back to Aura Cadet, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. It is recommended to include delivery confirmation to ensure that said items get delivered properly. Ten dollars (per item) will be subtracted from the refunded amount as a shipping/restocking fee. Once the items have been received, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days through the original method of payment.

All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Aura Cadet cannot accept returns and exchanges on these items.


Damaged/Defective Goods or Inaccurate Orders:

On the off chance that you receive either damaged/defective goods, or simply receive the wrong order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and offer the following course of action. To rectify the issue, please email and include the following information:

1) Order Number

2) Name on the order

3) Email that the order was made from

4) Your Request

5) A photograph illustrating the damage or defect on the item in question

This information will not only help to make sure you get your order corrected, but will help us with future planning to ensure these errors get eliminated in future factory runs.


Cancel Order Policy

Currently we do not have a cancel order policy. Once an order is placed, it will be fulfilled, and upon arrival of the package to the customer, the return process can be initiated by the customer.
