Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet! However, we are working on creative ways to keep shipping costs down internationally and when we do, we will gladly open this up to our international customers!

 

I see the item I want to purchase is sold out in the color I wanted. Will you be bringing it back anytime soon?

If it is a part of our signature collection, then yes. We try to keep inventory on hand for all of those items. Otherwise, most likely no. We love getting our hands on new fabrics and materials, so we often avoid buying in bulk to build small batches of our products. It's the only way we have the freedom to try new things! It's not saying we won't make the item again, it's just there is a good chance it won't be in the EXACT fabric or color choice. My general rule is if you like it, don't hesitate. But if you do, no worries! I'm sure we'll make you a new favorite item soon :D.

Is there a special way to wash embroidery work?

We recommend doing a cold wash and drying on low heat. Embroidery work can slightly curl up, and if this does happen just simply put an iron on low heat over the patch and it will be good as new!
